Obviously, the amount of time that is saved with the use of Quick Access Popup will vary from one user to the next. However, the app does get the job done right. You can add your very own folders into the system or can just go for the 50 essential Windows folders that are pre-determined, like “Downloads” or “My Computer”.
This application is very complex but the installation is very fast and intuitive. After you start the program, you instantly figure out what it can do as the menu shows you the commonly used programs and folders. You just need to click on them to open them. This is so much less time than when you use the traditional opening method.
The program also includes the “My Special Folders” section. This is where you find the system information folders. Add these to the main section if you need to use them or just access them from the tab.
The menu can be customized very fast so that you can easily create the list that is the most appropriate for you. Switch the programs around so that you have them in the desired order.
You might also want to use the “My QAP Essentials” feature. This helps you to save even more time because it is a command that allows you to bring the open programs right back to the front of the screen. Also, consider the use of Clipboard as it shows you everything that is now saved in the clipboard. This can be useful for those that need to do a lot of copy-paste work.
