DXVA Checker is portable. You just have to download the archive, extract the files and then launch the .exe file in order to run it.
In the program you will see 4 tabs that allow you to access various GPU information. This includes video card decoder details, Trace Log, GPU information, and DirectShow. Look at the dropdown list located on the left to choose what GPU details you want to look at.
When you right click on a list item, you see a context menu. Copy the data to the clipboard if you want to so you can paste it somewhere else.
